1. Darparu a chynnal a chadw canolfan hamdden i’w defnyddio gan drigolion Biwmares a’r cylch heb wahaniaethu ar sail barn wleidyddol, grefyddol neu farn arall, gan gynnwys ei defnyddio ar gyferr:

1. The provision and maintenance of a leisure centre for the use of the inhabitants of Beaumaris and district without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for:

a) cyfarfodydd, darlithoedd a dosbarthiadau a
b) mathau eraill o adloniant a gweithgaredd amser hamdden, gyda’r nod o wella amodau byw’r trigolion.

a) meetings lectures and classes and
b) other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants.

2. Darparu gwasanaeth i’r gymuned a fydd yn creu mwy o gydlyniant rhwng ei phobl ac yn sail i wead cymdeithasol yr ardal.

2. To provide the community with a service that will create greater cohesion between its people and underpin the social fabric of the area.

Mae Masnach Canolfan cyf yn is-gwmni sy’n eiddo llwyr i Ganolfan Hamdden Biwmares a’r Cylch.

Masnach Canolfan cyf is a wholely owned subsidiary of Canolfan Hamdden Beaumaris a’r Cylch.
