Masnach Canolfan

Mae’r gyfradd awr wedi’i chadw ar £1.00 fel consesiwn i gleifion sy’n parcio yn y maes parcio wrth ddefnyddio’r Ganolfan Iechyd.

The one hour rate has been kept at £1.00 as a concession for patients parking in the car park when using the Health Centre.

Arddangosfa Tocynnau a Phasys – Ticket and Pass Display

Rhaid arddangos tocynnau a phasys dilys a’u darllen wrth barcio yn y Ganolfan. Os yw’r pas yn dangos rhif cofrestru cerbyd, rhaid iddo fod yr un fath â’r rhif sydd ar y cerbyd.

Valid tickets and passes must be displayed and readable when parking at the Canolfan. If the pass shows a vehicle registration number it must be the same as that on the vehicle.

Rhoddir Tocynnau Ymwelwyr yn bennaf i Aelodau’r Ganolfan i ganiatáu iddynt barcio am ddim tra byddant yn y Ganolfan am unrhyw reswm.

Visitor Passes are primarily issued to Canolfan Members to allow them to park free of charge whilst in the Canolfan for any reason.

Dim ond pan fydd deiliaid yn defnyddio cyfleusterau’r Ganolfan neu’n ymwneud â busnes sy’n gysylltiedig â’r Ganolfan neu Fasnach y maent yn ddilys, er enghraifft ni ddylid eu defnyddio pan fydd y Ganolfan ar gau, wrth siopa neu wrth ymweld â ffrindiau neu gyfleusterau lleol.

They are only valid when holders are using the Canolfan’s facilities or engaged upon Canolfan or Masnach related business, for example they should not be used when the Canolfan is closed, when shopping or when visiting friends or local amenities.

Rhoddir pasys staff a thocynnau blynyddol yn bennaf i bobl sy’n gweithio yn y Ganolfan neu yn y Ganolfan Iechyd. Fel gyda thocynnau Aelodau dim ond pan fydd y deiliaid yn ymwneud â gweithgareddau’r Ganolfan, y Fasnach neu’r Ganolfan Iechyd y maent yn ddilys.

Staff and Annual passes are primarily issued to people working at the Canolfan or at the Health Centre. As with Members’ passes they are only valid when the holders are engaged on Canolfan, Masnach or Health Centre activities.

Mae Canolfan Masnach yn monitro cerbydau sydd wedi’u parcio ym meysydd parcio’r Ganolfan yn weithredol ac maent wedi newid eu polisi gorfodi yn ddiweddar. Effaith y newid hwn yw y bydd Masnach yn cyhoeddi Hysbysiadau Tâl Parcio yn hytrach na cheisiadau i dalu i’r bobl hynny nad yw eu cerbydau wedi’u parcio yn unol â’r telerau ac amodau parcio.

Masnach Canolfan are actively monitoring vehicles parked in the Canolfan’s car parks and have recently changed their enforcement policy. The effect of this change is that Masnach will issue Parking Charge Notices rather than requests to pay to those people whose vehicles are not parked in accordance with the parking terms and conditions.

Os byddwch yn derbyn HFP, bydd angen i chi naill ai dalu’r tâl neu gysylltu â ni i’w herio os ydych chi’n credu ei fod wedi’i gyhoeddi’n anghywir.

If you receive a PCN you will need either to pay the charge or contact us to challenge it if you believe it was issued incorrectly.

Dylech wneud hynny o fewn 14 diwrnod i’r dyddiad cyhoeddi. Fel arall byddwn yn cynyddu’r tâl i £100.

You should do so within 14 days from the date of issue. Otherwise we will increase the charge to £100.

Os na chawn unrhyw ymateb i’n HFP cychwynnol, byddwn yn cysylltu â cheidwad cofrestredig y cerbyd i gael y wybodaeth angenrheidiol i fynd ar drywydd talu unrhyw swm sy’n ddyledus.

If we don’t receive any response to our initial PCN we will contact the vehicle’s registered keeper to obtain the necessary information to pursue payment of any amount outstanding.
